Organizational change is both the process in which an organization changes its structure, strategies, operational methods, technologies, or organizational culture to affect change within the organization and the effects of these changes on the organization. Organizational change can be continuous or occur for distinct periods of time. This session looks at organizational change, why it is necessary and how employees can support and be ready to welcome and embrace changes in their organization. CLICK HERE

In this session learners will define “change ready” and “change management.”  Learns will analyze Lewin’s Change Management Model.   Learns will discuss various topics such as:
